Mindfulness Practices for Experienced Meditators

Location: GVHS Library Quiet Study Area (Behind Glass)

Session Description: This session will be almost completely silent. There will be time set aside for mindful yoga, Qi Gong, sitting meditations and body scan practice. Please do not sign up if you have no prior experience with meditative practices. Also, please bring a yoga mat.
