Learning Through Open Doors

They will visit classes of other participants and leave a note behind about what they liked seeing or what they learned just from stepping inside someone else's classroom. Global Citizenship Brainstorm Session

This session is designed to brainstorm the types of adult behaviors that administrators, teachers, and support staff can adopt as they model for our students the key understandings of global citizenship. We will discuss ideas to advance community service, cultural awareness and appreciation, social and emotional wellness, and systemic character education. Ultimately, it's the Global Citizenship Committee's vision that adults modeling these behaviors will be one more element that will prepare students for success in a rapidly changing global community.

Participants DO NOT have to be part of the Global Citizenship Committee to participate. The more perspectives the better!!!
